30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your RelayHunt subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team from the address published on the RelayHunt site with your account email and the date of purchase. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund through Stripe, our payment processor.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app to prevent future charges. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
